Your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid is a simple 2 step process when paired with Organic Castor Oil:

Step 1: Pour 1 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil onto the soft cotton side of your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid.

Step 2: Place the pack over your thyroid area and adjust the strap (not too tight).

That’s it! Wear for a minimum of 1 hour per day.

For hygiene, apply fresh Castor Oil each time and replace your pack every 2 months!
